1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or engaging in any transaction with Silver State Tech Exchange ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use this website or conduct business with us.

2. Nature of Services

Silver State Tech Exchange purchases pre-owned consumer electronics from individuals in exchange for payment. All transactions are conducted in person and are subject to inspection, verification, and final approval.

We are not a pawn broker and do not provide loans.

3. Quotes and Pricing

Any quote provided via website, phone, text message, social media, or other communication is a preliminary estimate only.

Final payment is determined after in-person inspection and verification of:

• Device model and specifications
• Cosmetic and functional condition
• Storage capacity
• Carrier status
• Account lock status (iCloud, Google, Samsung, MDM, etc.)
• IMEI or serial number status
• Current resale market conditions

We reserve the right to modify or withdraw any offer prior to completion of the transaction.

No transaction is final until both parties agree in person and payment is issued.

4. Seller Representations and Warranties

By selling a device to Silver State Tech Exchange, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the lawful owner of the device.
• The device is not stolen.
• The device has not been reported lost or stolen.
• The device is not subject to any outstanding financing agreement, lease, or lien unless disclosed and agreed to in writing.
• You have full legal authority to sell the device.
• All information provided to us is true and accurate.

Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information may result in refusal of service and referral to law enforcement.

5. Identification and Recordkeeping

We reserve the right to require valid, government-issued photo identification prior to completing any transaction.

Transaction details, including identification information and device identifiers (IMEI/serial number), may be recorded and retained in compliance with applicable Nevada laws governing secondhand dealers and fraud prevention.

6. Anti-Theft and Prohibited Devices

Silver State Tech Exchange maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding stolen property.

We do not purchase:

• Devices reported as lost or stolen
• Blacklisted devices
• Devices with altered, removed, or tampered serial numbers
• Fraudulently obtained devices

We reserve the right to verify device identifiers through third-party databases.

We fully cooperate with law enforcement investigations involving stolen property and may provide transaction records as required by law.

7. Locked, Financed, or Restricted Devices

All account locks (including iCloud, Google, Samsung, or other manufacturer locks) must be fully removed prior to sale.

Devices under active financing agreements must be disclosed. We reserve the right to refuse any financed, carrier-restricted, or otherwise encumbered device.

Failure to remove account locks prior to transaction may result in cancellation of the sale.

8. Data Responsibility

Sellers are solely responsible for:

• Backing up personal data
• Removing SIM cards and memory cards
• Performing a complete factory reset
• Removing all personal accounts from the device

Silver State Tech Exchange is not responsible for any data remaining on devices after transfer of ownership.

All devices become the sole property of Silver State Tech Exchange upon completion of payment.

9. Payment Policy

Payment is issued at the time of in-person transaction after inspection and verification.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any transaction at our discretion prior to payment.

No holds, deposits, or guarantees are made unless explicitly agreed to in writing.

10. Meetup and Service Area Policy

Meetups are conducted in public locations for safety purposes.

Meeting locations, scheduling, and service availability are subject to change at our discretion.

We reserve the right to refuse unsafe or unreasonable meeting requests.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Silver State Tech Exchange shall not be liable for:

• Data loss
• Lost profits
• Incidental or consequential damages
• Disputes arising after lawful transfer of ownership

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the device in question.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada.

Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Nevada.

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this website with a revised effective date.

14. SMS and Text Message Communications

If you initiate contact with Silver State Tech Exchange by text message, you consent to receive text message responses related to your inquiry, including quotes, scheduling, and transaction updates.

Message frequency varies based on your request.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.

You may opt out of further text communication at any time by replying "STOP." After opting out, no further messages will be sent unless you initiate contact again.
